It all begins at Clos Saint Noir - Brut One is created on limestone-rich slopes near Reims. Precisely vinified, sustainably cultivated, in cooperation with selected winegrowers.

Clos Saint Noir is located south-east of Reims, surrounded by premier cru vineyards. Chalky soils, a cool microclimate and reduced yields characterize the style: taut, mineral, precise. Each parcel is harvested separately - only the best goes into the Cuvée Brut One.

Brut One matures on the lees for 36 months, developing an exceptionally fine structure, great stillness and a clearly defined, elegant perlage.

Every step in the vinification process follows the principle of reduction - no filtering, no rushing, just patience, precision and respect for the original fruit.

in the vineyard.

Clos Saint Noir works in a fair and forward-looking way. The winegrowers are directly involved. Cultivation is close to nature, with a focus on biodiversity and reduced intervention. Our goal: quality that does not come at the expense of the future.
