4. Shipping Terms

Shipping takes place after receipt of payment with DHL. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during the ordering process.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Liability

For damages caused by simple negligence, we are only liable if they are due to the breach of essential contractual obligations. This does not apply to damages to life, limb, or health.

8. Contract Language

The contract language is German.

9. Final Provisions

If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
